At Aashi Jewelry, every piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

Most of our jewelry is made to order, allowing us to create each piece with the highest level of craftsmanship.

  • Custom & Personalized Jewelry: Production typically takes 10–15 business days.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on eligible orders.
  • Express Shipping is available at an additional cost, which is calculated during checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


International Shipping

We proudly ship our jewelry to customers around the world, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and many other countries.

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number
  • The name of the shipping carrier
  • A tracking link to follow your package

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees charged by your country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Delays

Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
  • Aashi Jewelry is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address entered during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package or item (if applicable)

We’ll work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate and find the best possible solution.


Signature on Delivery

For security purposes, some international shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
